1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Npire Builders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Npire Builders provides business systems implementation, CRM automation, operational consulting, and related services to small to medium-sized businesses. Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate and respond in a timely manner to requests for information or decisions
• Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and personnel
• Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement
• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services require an initial deposit and progress payments or monthly fees as outlined. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. However, Npire Builders retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, methodologies, and general know-how. Third-party software and platforms are licensed to clients according to their respective terms.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Npire Builders provides services on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to deliver quality results but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

9. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any specific guarantees will be outlined in individual service agreements.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
